	Mechanical Repair - $85 per man hour
	Electrical Repair - $85 per man hour
	Way Work - $90 per man hour
	Weekends/Holidays/Extended (over 10 hrs/day) - Time and 1/2
	Time is billed on a portal-to-portal basis plus expenses (hotel and per diem) for overnight stays.
	Jobs that require an overnight stay or are out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area within the Continental U. S. are billed at a daily rate of $1200 per man plus expenses and a variable per diem rate. Work outside of the Continental United States is charged on a case-by-case basis. Please call us for a quote.
	All repairs are billed weekly with a minimum 3-hour charge and are payable upon receipt of invoice. We do not accept extended payment terms!
	Storage Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and billed monthly with a minimum $150 per month. All storage charges are payable in advance. Please call us at 214-374-0525 to discuss your storage needs and to obtain a quote.
