After having based our operations over the last 13 years in the Sylvania Industrial Park in Fort Worth, Texas, we are relocating our rapidly expanding industrial machinery consulting, sales, and repair business to better service our customers. Our new facility, situated in the South Loop Industrial Park, is conveniently located at the intersection of South Central Expressway (Hwy. 310 near I-45) and South Loop 12 in Dallas, Texas. South Loop Industrial Park will not only be the home for our own new offices, machine shop, fabrication shop, and machine inventory warehouse, but we are now offering very affordable industrial lease space that can provide tenants with 5-15-20-30-ton crane capability, up to 250,000 square feet of indoor storage with up to 40' clear height, and over 17 acres of fenced, outside storage.
